First post.

This is my first post. It's more of a test post to see if this even works.

So if you don't know I'm going to Braunschweig Germany. It's in Lower Saxony (Niedersachsen). I'm spending 10-11 months with 3 different host families through Rotary Youth Exchange. I'm attending the Gymnasium Gaußschule, which is similar to an American High School. 

This blog will basically be me checking in every few weeks or so and telling you the highlights of my year. I know I'll be busy integrating into the culture, so I won't be posting just too often. I will post videos and photos too. 

I think there's an email subscription thing you can follow. I'm not entirely sure I'm very new to this!!

Basically I'm just so thankful of everyone being so supportive of me doing this. I'm just so excited to go!!!
